I tried using the site, but it was frustrating. The pages were loading super slow, the menu felt weirdly confusing, and checkout kept glitching on me. I gave it two tries and then just Gave up.

I just tried placing an order the checkout process was such a headache. It kept freezing right when I got to payment, and every time I refreshed, I had to type my info in all over again. After dealing with that today, it’s hard not to judge the whole site by this one bad experience.
I wasn’t even sure if the order went through at one point, which made it even more frustrating, so I ended up giving up. Maybe it normally works fine, but based on what just happened, I wouldn’t bother trying again unless they clearly fix the checkout.

I got a bad feeling pretty much right after placing my order and tried to cancel it fairly quickly. Maybe it was just my gut, but the whole process felt way harder than it should’ve been, like there wasn’t a clear or simple way to back out.
Customer service didn’t get back to me fast enough, and by the time they did, they said the order was already being processed. It just felt a bit unfair, honestly. If you’re someone who might second-guess a purchase, I’d be careful.

I was ready to order from katseyemerch.com, but I ended up backing out because I couldn’t find clear info on where the merch is made or who’s actually making it.
I kept looking for a supplier list, factory details, or at least something solid about wages and working conditions, but it all felt really vague. Maybe I missed it, but if it’s there, it definitely wasn’t easy to find.
I kind of regret getting my hopes up, because I liked the idea of buying from them. But for me, if a shop wants my money, they need to be more upfront about ethical manufacturing, and I just didn’t feel comfortable placing an order.

I preordered from here and the whole process felt messy. Updates were either late, vague, or just not there, so I kept having to check on everything myself. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not knowing what was going on, even though the communication on their end wasn’t clear. Definitely not preordering from here again.

The order showed up fine and the shirt looks decent, so no complaints there. What bugs me is that they make it sound like buying the merch really supports the artist, but once you actually order, it’s not clear how much of the money goes to them. Kind of feels like the promise doesn’t fully match the reality. I’d feel better about it if they were just more upfront...

I don’t know why returns have to feel like solving a mystery sometimes — I had less trouble putting together my wobbly bookshelf last weekend, and that thing came with instructions that looked like a treasure map. "Prices felt a bit too steep"
I was browsing katseyemerch.com the prices kind of threw me off. A few items were cute and I was tempted, but once I looked at the total cost, it felt higher than I expected.
I know merch usually costs more than regular stuff, but based on what I saw, it came across like the whole shop might be a little overpriced. Maybe some items are better value than others, but my first impression wasn’t great.
For basic merch, it just didn’t feel worth it to me, so I ended up leaving without buying anything. I’d probably only go back if there was a sale or the prices felt more reasonable

Package showed up in bad shape. Like it had been tossed around the whole way here. The box was crushed, the item inside didn’t have enough protection at all. For the price I paid, I expected better packing. Just annoying. I’d think twice before ordering again if this is how they ship things

I signed up expecting helpful updates about things I’d actually checked out, and at first I was kind of hopeful. But then the emails started coming in and I was just annoyed. Some of them were so random I wondered why I was getting them at all. It went from “maybe this will be useful” to “please stop filling my inbox” fast. I ended up unsubscribing because it felt more like spam than anything helpful.

As a fan I was disappointed because I was expecting something with more personality and detail and that overall vibe that makes you feel excited to have it, but the designs just felt kind of plain and forgettable to me, so it didn’t really feel worth the money and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Care instructions were confusing"
I ordered from katseyemerch.com the care instructions just weren’t clear. The tag said one thing, but the website made it seem like something else, so I had no idea how I was actually supposed to wash it. It’s not even about the extra effort, I just didn’t want to accidentally ruin something I paid for. I ended up being nervous to clean it at all, which is frustrating. They really need to make the instructions more consistent and easier to understand.

"Sizing felt really off"
I ordered my usual size from Katseyemerch, but the fit was kind of strange. The shirt was tight around my arms but loose and baggy through the body, so it just didn’t feel comfortable to wear. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like the size chart should’ve been more accurate, right?
